About the role

Making it safe for our employees is #1 at Mity. We offer three day weekends and a flexible schedule with current hours of 5am- 3:30pm or 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday with some Fridays or time after shift in overtime.

Responsibilities

- Cross-train within department(s) and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. - Productively manufacture and assemble product(s) to ensure daily schedules, takt time and on-time standards are met. (On-time, Accurate & Complete) - Frequent bending, twisting and reaching. Moderate lifting. Occasional heavy lifting depending on actual position. - Help team members achieve team and department goals - Ensures that the work area, machines and equipment are operating safely and are clean and orderly. - Provides technical feedback to engineers and group leader on process and tooling problems.

Qualifications

- Previous Manufacturing experience in machine operation preferred
