We’re seeking an Operator to work at a premiere manufacturing facility in Greenville, SC.
Pay
$23.50/hr with overtime opportunities.
Schedule
Rotating 12-hour shift (Days: 7a–7p / Nights: 7p–7a) after training; start on straight days M–F, 7AM–4PM.

Responsibilities
- Performing machine set-up, operation, teardown, and forklift operation
- Safely operating resins and compounding facilities while meeting health, safety, environmental, production, and quality objectives
- Managing all tasks associated with neat resin manufacturing and compounding, from raw materials to finished goods
- Taking equipment readings, monitoring processes, and taking samples while responding to emergency conditions
- Handling materials for raw goods, finished products, packaging, and waste disposal
- Participating in safety training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conducting minor equipment maintenance, staging warehouse goods, and performing accurate computer transactions (SAP)
- Supporting general material handling and adhering to housekeeping standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- High mechanical aptitude and ability to work with computers, controllers, and engineering flow diagrams
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Able to wear a respirator and work at elevated levels
- Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights) and overtime as required
- Strong verbal communication skills, initiative to learn, and ability to thrive in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Able to be certified on fork trucks and industrial lifting equipment
- Basic knowledge of chemical plant terminology (preferred, but not required)
