Join our team as an Operator (B-Shift) and play a key role in producing the innovative semiconductor products that power today's world. Responsibilities

  • Operate Fab and Test equipment in a cleanroom environment
  • Process production and engineering lots according to established procedures
  • Monitor equipment performance and report issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Accurately move and track Work-in-Process (WIP) throughout the manufacturing process
  • Record and maintain production data in compliance with Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements
  • Follow cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Handle materials and chemicals in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines
  • Collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineering teams to maintain product quality and operational efficiency
  • Operate Fab and Test equipment according to documented procedures to meet shift output targets
  • Move and track WIP through defined production stages and maintain required tool certifications
  • Record and monitor production data to SPC standards, verify tool qualifications, and document performance results
  • Escalate deviations or equipment concerns per defined protocols
  • Follow all cleanroom gowning procedures and PPE requirements
  • Work safely around hazardous chemicals and follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries
  • Collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers to address equipment or process concerns
  • Execute approved process changes as directed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 – 1 year of related experience preferred
  • 1 - 2 area certifications (Basic) training preferred

Pay

Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $21.50 depending on experience, plus 15% shift differential

Targeted Annual Bonus: 10% (prorated based on date of hire)

Schedule

Compressed Schedule: Shift B: 7:00pm - 7:30am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, plus every other Saturday 7:00pm - 2:30am

Additional hours as needed to support business needs and meet deadlines

  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: Resolves routine issues using established procedures.
  • Work Planning & Execution: Completes assigned production tasks within defined timelines.

Working Environment

Cleanroom / Fab environment: 100%

Exposure to hazardous chemicals requiring PPE

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing, walking, or sitting
  • Fine motor skills for handling equipment or devices
  • Occasional lifting (e.g., materials, test samples) up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific cleanroom or laboratory requirements (e.g., wearing protective attire)
