About the role
Group O is seeking an Operator responsible for daily production processes, including implementation, inspection, and packaging of cellular phones or similar devices. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Execute inspection of cell phones and related devices and components (batteries, chargers, manuals, accessories), ensuring correct assembly and packaging according to specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to verify conformity with company standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and address defects or discrepancies in packaging or product components.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance, including proper handling and disposal of materials and waste.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to address challenges or issues during the inspection process.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for streamlining procedures and enhancing productivity.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferably in inspection roles).
- Familiarity with operating packaging equipment and tools, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to meet productivity standards and goals.
- Effective communication in English and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory tracking tasks.
- Knowledge of electronic mobile devices (phones, tablets, headsets, smartwatches) is a plus.

- Able to lift fifty pounds.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods.
