Pay and schedule

• Wage: Starting at $27.48/hour (2nd or 3rd shift after training)
• 1st shift – 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday
• 2nd shift – 3:30 pm to 12 am, Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery to achieve high-quality production standards
• Perform set-up and adjustments on all manufacturing machines to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct general and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing machines to minimize downtime
• Train production operators, feeders, and packers in the proper operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery
• Support the maintenance technicians in production equipment repairs to ensure continuous operation
• Coordinate and assist in executing daily schedules to complete all tasks on time
• Maintain accurate production records of materials used and spoiled and assist manufacturing operators in tracking this data
• Participate in tasks necessary to ensure the continuous operation of the production process
• Follow all plant safety rules and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor the quality of products being produced to ensure they meet company standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required to perform this job
• Mechanical aptitude is required
