About the role

Responsible for leading a team of 10 in the development and implementation of new product features. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead design and development processes, including user interface design, software architecture, and coding standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and under budget.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
