We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, core functions, key measures, education & experience, physical demands & work environment, travel, benefits offered. Also mention employee-owner intro maybe as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (core functions), Requirements (education & experience + physical demands?), Qualifications maybe combine? But we need? But we can separate: Requirements (education & experience), Qualifications (physical demands & work environment?), Benefits (benefits offered), Travel maybe part of schedule? Travel is separate but not listed as allowed heading; we could put under Schedule? Not exactly. The allowed headings list includes Schedule, Pay, Benefits. Travel not listed; we could incorporate travel into a paragraph under maybe About the role or Responsibilities? Better to include a short paragraph under About the role? But we should not invent sections not needed. Travel is specific content; we could include it under a heading "Travel" but not in allowed list; but instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. Travel could go under Schedule? Not really. Could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop travel. Could include travel in a paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities? Might be okay as it's still preserving info. Similarly Pay not mentioned; we should not create Pay section because no pay info. Benefits we have. Schedule not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section. So we will have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (core functions), Requirements (education & experience), Qualifications (physical demands & work environment), Benefits (benefits offered). Possibly also Skills? Not needed. We'll avoid empty sections. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we list core functions as bullet list. For Requirements list education & experience bullet list. For Qualifications list physical demands & work environment bullet list. For Benefits list benefits bullet list. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). Remove boilerplate: EEO statement at end should be removed. Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal etc. The posting includes an EEO paragraph at end; we should remove that. Also remove any duplicated lines like "Own It – Commitment..." repeated? There's a repetition of values; we need to keep but not duplicate? The posting includes values listed twice: once in bullet list of values and again later under Key Measures Of Success? Actually they appear again under "Own It – Commitment..." etc. We should keep the content but avoid duplication? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines". So we should remove duplicated lines. The values appear twice; we should keep one instance. We'll keep the first occurrence maybe under About the role? Actually values are part of company culture; we could include them in About the role section as prose. We'll include them once. We need to preserve all substantive information; so we need to include the values statement once. Let's extract sections: About the role: The introductory paragraph: "Come be an Employee-Owner of one of the nation’s largest producers of metal roofing and siding! We sell, manufacture, build, and distribute metal building components and packages. Since 1988 we’ve grown to over 13 locations nationwide. We make raving fans of our customers with our “right, on time, every time” commitment. So, who are we looking for? People who “Own It” – Commitment to the customer, the company, and each other: You are customer-focused with an eye for detail. You are reliable. People Who “Can Do” – Our Attitude You are an innovative thinker pursuing continuous improvement. You embrace teamwork. You want to positively make an impact and open to change. People who “Act in Love” – Treats others with humility, respect, kindness, honesty, patience, and self-control. You enjoy giving back to your community. We take great pride in the communities we live in, so we give back with our time and talents. Each year you can take paid time off to support a cause close to your heart." That's a lot; we can keep as prose. Responsibilities: Core Functions list bullet points. Requirements: Education & Experience bullet points. Qualifications: Physical Demands & Work Environment bullet points. Benefits: Benefits Offered bullet points. Travel: we need to include travel info somewhere. Could add a short paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably under About the role as part of role description? But travel is not about role; maybe we can add a short paragraph under About the role after the values? Or we could create a section "Schedule"? Not appropriate. Since travel is substantive, we need to preserve it. Could add a paragraph under About the role after the values: "This position may require up to 5% travel, depending on business needs. Travel may include visits to company locations, client sites, training, or industry events." That preserves. We must not create Pay or Schedule sections. Now format. We'll output HTML fragment:
