Operator

About the role

Operate equipment in the manufacturing facility to blend raw components into bulk product while adhering to all safety and quality standards. This position reports to the Production Supervisor at the BRANDT Planting Solutions Facility in Curran, IL.

Responsibilities

• Mix raw components according to provided formulas using standard work procedures to produce product for packaging.
• Follow all safety and quality regulations.
• Adjust valve controls to start equipment and ensure quality product output.
• Load and unload materials.
• Perform warehouse functions.
• Train and perform multiple jobs based on production orders.
• Operate sit-down forklift to move ingredients and finished product.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Verifiable sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.

Schedule

Full-time, non-exempt position. General hours are Monday through Friday, with potential overtime on weekends depending on customer demands.
