Responsibilities
- Responsible for the answering and routing of all incoming calls to the office
- Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered and sent to appropriate destination in a timely fashion
Qualifications
- Understanding and experience in handling high volume of calls and routing to appropriate destination, preferably in a medical clinical setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- An understanding of documentation requirements for medical records
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of computers and strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities
- Valid driver’s license in the resident state
