Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for operating workstations and associated systems used in the manufacturing of products sold to our customers. This position is expected to work with lower-level Operators along with higher level Technicians to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. In this position they must have a basic knowledge of how to set up and operate workstations, perform visual and dimensional inspections needed to manufacture the products at Cirtec.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) requirements to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to the Quality System.
  • Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
  • Take direction within the manufacturing cell from upper-level operators assigned to that cell.
  • Primary function of assisting production operators and technicians engaged in processing and product fabrication.
  • Load small devices to fixtures and equipment.
  • Make basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions.
  • As instructed, adjust machines to achieve conformance with specifications and maximum yield.
  • Perform in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance with the requirements stated in the Process Control Document or as otherwise stated on drawings or work instructions.

Must Have

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Minimum of 1 year Medical device and manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to accurately document details.
  • Must be able to use microscope on a daily basis throughout the shift.

Schedule

1st shift - Monday to Thursday 5AM to 3:30PM

Pay

Salary Range: $20-22/hour
