Assembler Operator I - 1st Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operator responsible for machinery operation, setup, and quality inspections to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic machinery to meet production goals
• Assist with work station setup and perform quality inspections using precision tools
• Maintain accurate work records and support rework when necessary
• Handle materials, conduct equipment maintenance, and adhere to safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively within a team, communicate clearly, and promote continuous improvement
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, participate in safety training, report hazards, and keep work areas safe and orderly

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with JD Edwards preferred
• Basic math skills, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to read technical drawings
• Capable of working independently at a steady, high production rate
• No specific licensing required
