Operations Trainer

Responsibilities

• Put safety first - always
• Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture
• Deliver new hire training and change training in the classroom and on the production floor
• Aid in developing, managing, and maintaining training programs ensuring each new team member acquires the technical skills necessary to succeed in each functional area
• Ensure new team members focus on the successful completion of their competency assessments
• Ensure new team members learn and adapt to our organization’s culture effectively and communicate issues to the appropriate leadership accordingly

Requirements

• One or more years of experience as a Trex certified Material Handler or Machine Operator
• Ability to present information to groups of people in an effective manner
• Possess basic Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a Trex certified Material Handler or Machine Operator is required for this role, but if you’ve worked in Building 3 or VPO, we want to hear from you!
