The Operations Technology Specialist will develop and implement custom technology solutions for Michels and its customers. Key responsibilities include improving systems and data processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom technology solutions for Michels and its customers
• Assist with projects to enhance systems and data processes
• Work independently to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of related experience, or relevant coursework
• Experience with ArcGIS or other GIS mapping systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Operating Systems, and ESRI Product Suite
• Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science, or a related field (desirable)
• Familiarity with ERP systems or other business transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Python (desirable)

Pay

Expected Salary Range: $63,000 USD - $77,000 USD
