About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded Operations & Technology Specialist to support and enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should enjoy problem-solving, process improvement, and contributing to a growing firm.
What You Will Do
Operations & Process Management - Maintain and update internal workflow templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across the firm. Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support ongoing operational projects and firm initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline internal operations.
Systems Administration - Serve as an administrator for key technology systems. Manage user access, onboarding, and off-boarding for employees. Maintain system data integrity and support ongoing system organization. Serve as a point of contact for employee technology questions and troubleshooting.
Integrations & AI Implementation - Assist with evaluating and implementing new technology tools to improve efficiency. Support integration between systems to streamline processes. Research, test, and implement AI tools that improve internal operations and team productivity. Build and maintain automations to reduce manual processes and improve consistency.
Vendor Coordination - Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers to resolve issues. Track and manage vendor requests and ongoing needs. Explore and evaluate new tools and platforms as needed.
What You Will Bring
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in technology operations, business support, or financial services. Experience with macOS and Google Workspace is required. Strong interest in automation and AI technologies is preferred.
Skills: Must be comfortable learning and managing multiple technology platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through consistently. Process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accountability and ownership.
Additional: Financial industry experience is preferred.
