Operations Team Lead (Inventory) - 1st shift (5am-1:30pm)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assign work depending on priorities set by the Operations Supervisor in the Kit Build Department.
• Train team members.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and support process improvements to enhance productivity and compliance.
• Maintain finished goods inventory levels and ensure the organization and upkeep of product storage bins.
• Provide accurate inventory reporting and operational support to the Supervisor to promote inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
• Assist in operational and quality issues that operators encounter during kit inspection and shipping operations.
• Recommend and implement changes to DWI.
• Support and assist in the training of new operators.

Requirements

• Requires one to two years of prior experience.
• Possess basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written to communicate with customers.
• Attention to detail.
• Mid-level – familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP, and other common programs.
• Advanced inventory control (FIFO).
• Advanced blueprint interpretation skills.
