What You Bring to the Role

• 2+ years experience in operations, process improvement and systems management, with demonstrated successes in driving efficiencies and implementing new processes.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relay clear expectations.
• Professional in interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; including but not limited to use of vlookups and pivot tables.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Adaptable and goal-oriented during times of ambiguity.
• Driven for excellence and a self-starter.

Pay & Perks

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Mainly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work).
• Occasionally lift or carry office supplies (up to 25 lbs.)
• Work is in a climate-controlled office environment.
