Purchasing Responsibilities

  • Forecast, track, and purchase all retail products, professional supplies, treatment supplies, office supplies, postage supplies, and marketing material to ensure smooth daily operation of the studio.
  • Work with product vendors on awareness of upcoming sales/specials, lost orders, samples, returns, etc.
  • Manage all costs through the facility, ensuring that vendor billing is accurate.

Inventorries Responsibilities

  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels are kept at all times, including but not limited to: homecare, professional supplies, office supplies, marketing material, etc.
  • Performs weekly high-cost consumable count and monthly full inventory count.
  • Manage direct guest shipping.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory controls.
  • Check in and distribute product deliveries.
  • Distribute supplies to clinical care team and complete corresponding tasks.
  • Monitor product expiry dates to ensure unnecessary inventory shrinkage occurs.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Program clinical provider schedules in Zenoti under the direction and approval of the Studio Director.
  • Create and post quarterly Guest Service schedule under the direction and approval of the Studio Director.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning checklists.
  • Initiate facilities tickets/support needs and follows through to completion.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Complete Keybank receipt submissions into Workday for studio AMEX spends and invoices.
  • Double check accuracy of daily deposit and closing totals.
  • Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.

Eventing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-studio events that deliver on ideal guest outcomes and sales goals.
  • Ensure proper inventory levels and supplies are available based upon event needs.
  • Co-create visual assets (pricing diagrams, service details, etc).
  • Collaborate with Studio Director and Studio Sales Manager to create experience stations, effective sales verbiage, B&A’s, etc.

About the Role

This position is responsible for all inventory, operational support functions, and driving profitability through financial excellence for the studio. This role operates in close partnership with the Studio Director, assisting with daily inventory oversight as well as general operational and financial management responsibilities.

Starting at $24+/hour (based on experience) plus eligible for monthly incentive pay
