Operations Supervisor Multiple Location

We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking Operations Supervisor positions at multiple locations: Milwaukee WI, and Port Washington WI. Job Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external resources and business applications/processes based on business unit needs.
• Supervise construction, design, planning, and scheduling for We Energies' electric transmission and distribution systems.
• Oversee construction or maintenance activities related to the company's transmission and distribution infrastructure within an assigned area.
• Ensure all customers' needs are met in a safe, efficient, and timely manner through the effective management/utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure the safety of employees, customers, and contractors during all work applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct safety meetings to communicate safety requirements, updates, and training.
• Conduct daily tailgate sessions to communicate work assignments, review procedures, and address any concerns.
• Manage work assignments to minimize overtime and costs while maintaining optimal customer service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Experience managing construction or maintenance activities for electric transmission and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
