Responsibilities

  • Assign work activities and monitor group activities
  • Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures; guide team on housekeeping requirements
  • Maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies; oversee equipment usage and ensure adherence to safety procedures and programs
  • Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
  • Aid in problem resolution to maximize associate productivity; take necessary actions to correct substandard performance
  • Shift operates from 11:30pm to 7:30am

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong math skills and solid analytical abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Skills

  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay

Compensation range for this role is: $70,000-75,000/year. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

Schedule

Shift will be from 11:30pm to 7:30am, 3rd shift, Wednesday through Sunday.
