Operations Supervisor - Brighton, CO/ Mon-Thurs 1st Shift

Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
- Support with the automation technology process
- Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
- Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
- Implement continuous improvement action plans
- Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role
- At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Pay
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000 with a $2,000+ retention bonus payable at the end of the employment term. Individual pay may vary based on experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
Schedule
This is a temporary, term-limited position for up to 5 months (August 2026 through January 2027). The role is not intended to transition into ongoing employment within the same role, though selected individuals may have the opportunity to apply for other roles within Kuehne+Nagel or be considered for rehire during a future term (August 2027 through January 2028).
