Operations Supervisor - Brighton, CO/ Mon-Thurs 2nd Shift
About the role
As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Your work ensures that our customers' products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
- Support with the automation technology process
- Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
- Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role
- At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Benefits
At Kuehne+Nagel, you will receive a dynamic global work environment with opportunities for excellent training programs and career mobility. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000 with a $2,000+ retention bonus payable at the end of the employment term!
Pay
The base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
Schedule
This position is for temporary, term-limited employment for up to 5 months (August 2026 through January 2027), after which, the role will be discontinued. Selected individuals may have the opportunity to apply for other roles within Kuehne + Nagel Inc. They may also be considered for rehire during a future term (August 2027 through January 2028).
