Job Summary
Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. Allianz Amphitheater seeks Operations Crew Members to support venue setup, show-day logistics, and post-event breakdown.
About the role
This role is essential to ensuring the venue is safe, functional, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest and artist experience. It is a part-time, seasonal position.
Responsibilities
- Execute venue setup and breakdown, including barricade, bike rack, tables, signage, and equipment placement
- Support stage and backstage operational needs as directed
- Aid with lawn preparation, seating layouts, and premium area configurations
- Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain venue conditions throughout the event and respond to operational needs
- Support weather response protocols and safety procedures
- Aid with post-show reset to prepare for the next event
- Maintain equipment organization and storage areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and communicate operational issues promptly
Requirements
Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to take direction. Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Clear communication skills and team-first mentality. Daytime, evening, and overnight positions available.
