About the role
Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Venue Cleaning Crew Members to support all cleaning operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, artists, and staff. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Responsibilities
- Execute pre-show, during-show, and post-show cleaning operations across the venue
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure all public and backstage areas meet cleanliness standards before gates
- Support waste management and sustainability efforts, including recycling and composting initiatives
- Assist with end-of-night venue reset, equipment storage, and debris removal
- Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Work collaboratively with Operations and other departments to ensure a seamless event experience
- Follow all safety procedures and venue protocols
Requirements
Experience in janitorial, custodial, or venue cleaning environments preferred
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Reliability and consistency in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Physical capability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
