About the role

To keep the amphitheater in a safe, clean, and presentable condition at all times, through venue repairs, preventative maintenance, and general cleaning/stocking.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, carpentry, and cleaning functions.
• Cleaning functions include but are not limited to: restrooms, pavilion, trash removal, upkeep of sidewalks and plazas, and general cleaning tasks.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms, keeping all guest-facing areas free of trash, restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+, and occasional sitting.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Qualifications

Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
