About the role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our essential operations team as Cleaning Staff for our busy summer season. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our outdoor amphitheater before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
• Keep all guest-facing areas free of trash and restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Ensure work areas are neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, which may include conserving resources and preventing waste, such as sorting waste and educating fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of the show to close the venue, which may involve collecting recyclables from the lawn or reserved section and properly storing event equipment like lawn chairs.
• Perform simple cleaning duties and responsibilities.
• Detect and report faulty operations, defective materials, and any unusual situations to the Cleaning Manager.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and keep clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently
• Constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs., and occasional sitting

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with some weekend and evening shifts as needed. Shifts may vary based on event schedules.
