About the role

The Venue Nation is hiring for Housekeeping/Cleaning at Mystic Lake Amphitheater. The Housekeeping/Cleaning crew is responsible for keeping the venue clean, beautiful, and well-stocked throughout the 2026 season, covering front of house, backstage, and the entire venue. This role is part-time and seasonal.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
• Keep all areas free of trash.
• Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly.
• Clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, which could include conserving resources and preventing waste, such as collecting recycling or sorting trash correctly.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• No experience required but working knowledge in housekeeping or cleaning appliances is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.

Position Requirements

• Flexible schedule.
• Part-time, seasonal role.
• Constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasional sitting.
• Occasional other tasks assigned by management.
