Cleaning Crew

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean ESD flooring using approved mopping techniques and specialized floor equipment.
• Wipe down production equipment, walls, and work surfaces using lint-free wipes and approved cleaning agents.
• Strictly follow cleanroom gowning procedures, including proper use of bunny suits, hoods, gloves, and PPE.
• Remove trash and production waste according to hazardous material and recycling protocols.
• Perform contamination control cleaning within the fabrication (Fab) cleanroom environment.
• Complete GMP documentation and cleaning logs accurately.
• Adhere to all facility environmental, safety, and contamination control standards.
• Operate HEPA-filtered vacuums and industrial-grade cleaning equipment.
• Support additional cleaning tasks as assigned by site supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including cleanroom suits and respiratory protection when needed.
• Comfortable working in a controlled cleanroom environment with constant temperature and humidity.
• Understanding of safety procedures and SDS preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Physically able to bend, reach, climb, and lift 30–50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.

Pay

$21 per hour
