Position: Cleaning Crew Member

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning quality standards and ensure all tasks are completed as required using tracking checklists.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees in the workplace for cleaning issues.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks.
• Communicate issues promptly to the Human Resources Manager to support timely resolution.
• Weekly monitor inventory levels and report what is needed to Manager.
• Stay knowledgeable in the proper use of cleaning materials and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Promote a safe work environment and reinforce health and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness.
• Meet monthly with the Manager to review performance and protocols.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in commercial janitorial work is preferred.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred.
• VERY strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The ability to use fine and gross motor skills is required.
• The ability to push or pull up to 25 lbs is required.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs is required.
• The ability to reach, bend, twist, and move above and below the waist is required.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time is required.
• A standard math ability for measurements of liquid and inventory is required.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• 56 hours of yearly accrued PTO
• Pay days are every other Friday

HOURS

• 8:30am to 2:00pm Monday - Friday with a 30 min unpaid lunch
• No nights or weekends
