Operations Specialist, TDS Global Asset Servicing

About the role

The Global Asset Servicing Corporate Actions team manages daily Corporate Action Events across multiple fixed income products. This role involves processing Corporate Actions from trade date to settlement date, managing proxy services, and interacting with operations groups globally.

Responsibilities

• Create and process asset servicing events in proprietary systems.
• Analyze and reconcile all Corporate Action Events on a daily basis.
• Manage proxy services including voting submissions and Completion Notices.
• Interact with operations groups globally to provide exceptional client service.
• Respond to both internal and external inquiries expeditiously.
• Partners with technology to develop, implement, and refine systems and processes.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory, compliance, and audit purposes.
• Pursue new business initiatives and automate processes to support Straight Through Processing (STP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Asset Servicing Operations.
• Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, macros, etc.) and strong risk management skills.
• Broadridge NAPE experience is preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and a sense of urgency.
• Understanding of industry best practices and strong front-to-back ownership mentality.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within Global Operations and Business Services teams.

Skills

• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivots, macros, etc.)
• Knowledge of DTC, Euroclear, and foreign depository clearing systems
• Experience with corporate action processing and settlement
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

$60,000 - $115,000 USD
