Operations Specialist - Part Time
About the role
WarehouseQuote is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves assisting Service Operations Coordinators in daily operational tasks, managing customer inventory, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Responsibilities
- Connect with the Team Lead at the start of the shift to confirm daily tasks requiring action.
- Perform order entry, order closure, and other task-based activities.
- Submit internal and external data entries accurately and promptly to relevant parties.
- Communicate outstanding tasks to the Team Lead at the end of the shift.
- Handle exceptions related to operational tasks and communicate them to the Team Lead.
Requirements
- Proven ability to navigate and execute data entry within various systems (WarehouseQuote Portal, Microsoft Excel’s order template, 3rd party portals).
- Experience balancing multiple client requests and standard operating procedures, guided by the Account Manager.
- Capable of working independently and accomplishing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience with troubleshooting issues and self-solving key systems used by WarehouseQuote (Portal, Datex - Warehouse Management System, Confluence / WarehouseQuote Wiki).

Pay
The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $30,000 annually.
Schedule
Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 4:00PM - 8:00PM CST.
