KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process initial, annual, and interim recertifications for the Scattered Site Tenants.
- Identifying households with income reporting discrepancies and adjustments.
- Ensures that program operations run smoothly, working collaboratively with all the programs, and maintaining a positive environment.
- Provides a wide range of administrative duties to the Sr. Operations Manager.
- Maintain all Tenant subleases for all scattered site programs.
- Draft/ Send out lease violations to tenants (as needed).
- Track rental payments and arrears.
- Maintain accounts receivable files and administrative records.
- Provides necessary reports, records, and statistics as by the program.
- Maintains the mail delivery system.
- Performs other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED required.
- An associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience working with property management.
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; computer proficiency; excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Detail oriented and the ability to operate on a deadline driven schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with client/tenants of different races, ethnicities, ages, and sexual orientations in a multicultural environment, as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Bilingual - (Spanish/English), preferred.
