Responsibilities

• Monitor all incoming volume and radiologist schedules to efficiently manage all radiology studies
• Ensure turnaround times are met according to the client’s contractual times
• Document all communication and action taken on individual studies
• Manage Level One auto‑assignment settings
• Provide ongoing, timely communication between radiologists, operations, and all sites to ensure study completeness
• Maintain open communication with the radiologists, operations staff, and management
• Additional project‑based responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT‑accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Registered Radiology Technologist (R(RT))
• 2+ years of customer support experience
• 2+ years of telephone‑based customer support experience

Schedule

Full‑time, remote position with a schedule of Thursday‑Monday 12:00 pm‑8:30 pm CST.
