Operations Analyst
Overview
Responsible for processing tax-harvesting requests received via web portal and email, and/or performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Process and/or QC tax-harvesting requests for accuracy and completeness
- Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry with strong accuracy standards
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Use tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, and Zendesk to complete daily work
- Participate in quality programs/initiatives to support a high level of customer service
- Support ongoing projects as assigned by managers or team members
- Complete required documentation for productivity measurement
- Follow all regulatory and internal procedures
Required skills
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in multiple systems/tools (Access, Excel, ticketing tools such as Zendesk)
