About the Role

The Operations Program Manager works with Operations management to develop functional objectives that support company goals and creates detailed work streams to accomplish these objectives. This role collaborates with subject matter experts to establish work order and timelines, and resolves constraints to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Works cross-functionally with all functions at Kestra to develop and manage work streams to accomplish objectives
  • Leads Design Transfer activities for new and significantly changed products to suppliers
  • Leads the implementation of fulfillment and distribution processes with suppliers
  • Leads development and implementation of reconditioning and reverse logistics processes at suppliers and manages those processes
  • Responsible for quality, process improvement, and execution of reconditioning of medical devices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of Operations Engineering and Project Management experience
  • Preferred: Master’s in Operations Management
  • Preferred: Experience in Supply Chain Management in a regulated environment
  • Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent

Work Environment

  • Indoor open office environment
  • Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment
  • Extended hours when needed
  • Drug-free, as per FDA regulations

Physical Demands

  • Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage
  • Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequent computer use
  • Frequent phone and other business machine use
  • Occasional lifting required up to 20 pounds

Travel

Occasional travel may be required, up to 10%.

Pay equity is an important part of Kestra’s culture. Compensation ranges are guided by national and local salary surveys and take into consideration experience level and internal equity.

Pay

Annualized at $135,000 - $150,000 plus bonus, depending on experience.
