Redfin is looking for an experienced program or project management professional to implement and execute seamless processes that enhance the customer journey and internal business operations. This role involves administering and optimizing critical areas, like total rewards and performance management, and empowering agents to provide exceptional service to customers. As a Program Manager, reporting to the Manager of Program Management, you will be a member of a small but mighty team at Redfin, executing on strategic programs and projects that fuel business growth. You will drive positive change by deeply understanding how the business operates and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. About The Role Participate in cross-functional teams spanning real estate operations, training, analytics, finance, and engineering, focused on driving customer value through identified initiatives.Successfully implement and execute projects end-to-end with a clearly defined scope and minimal manager supervision.Calculate monthly and quarterly commission payments for participants on a variable compensation plan.Perform staff support activities to develop, implement and administer reward and compensation policies and programs.Communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders on program status throughout its lifecycle. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain insights into effective practices and identify opportunities for enhancement.Manage scope by guiding the program vision, objectives, outcomes and high-level work breakdownManage scheduling and milestones by developing and maintaining a comprehensive program plan that incorporates key milestones of all projects and initiativesIdentify both qualitative and quantitative program success metricsManage program quality by ensuring plans at all levels are aligned and up to date in a rapidly changing work environmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date artifacts related to the phases of the program management lifecycleManage communications by defining, engaging and advising stakeholders and clients on execution and progressIdentify and document how the program scope impacts business process or technology architectureIdentify improvement opportunities and implement creative, alternative approaches to solving issues and executing workAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for program-level decision makingUnderstand and apply change management to program work About You Minimum Qualifications 5 years of project management experience2 years of program management experience1 year of technology product implementation experienceBachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or equivalent work experienceAbility to set and manage partner and client expectationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization, including executive leadershipAbility to understand and respond to clients' needs in rapidly changing business environmentsDemonstrated ability to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple workstreamsExperience with planning, organizing and establishing priorities to achieve quantifiable resultsAbility to pivot to changing demands in a project or program environment that requires re-planning and reorganizationSystem thinking abilities and the ability to identify upstream and downstream business impacts because of changes implemented through program scopeProficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteProficiency in the Google Workspace suiteProven track record of coaching and architecting program or project management best practices and methods Preferred Qualifications Analytical: you make data driven decisions and have a strong intuition for the numbers that matter to help inform proposals, confirm a point of view and report on results. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets is required. Experience with SQL is a plus.Collaborative: You get alignment and support through strong relationships that energize your colleagues. You know your audience and can work with sales teams and software engineers. You’re a great listener and can communicate clearly. You’re critical of your own processes and react to feedback quickly. The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $94,600.00-$128,000.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
