Our client is seeking a Operations Program Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a Financial Wellbeing Program. This role is responsible for managing operational processes, coordinating program activities, supporting compliance and reporting requirements, resolving issues, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple workstreams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage daily program operations and ensure deliverables meet established service level agreements (SLAs).Execute end-to-end onboarding processes, including intake management, platform setup, file administration, stakeholder coordination, and system configuration.Coordinate workshop scheduling, logistics, tracking, facilitator assignments, and quality reviews.Maintain content libraries, operational trackers, and submission records while supporting content and compliance reviews.Produce recurring operational and compliance reports, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity through audits and quality checks.Manage program inquiries and issue-resolution workflows from intake through completion.Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational best practices.Serve as a subject matter expert for program processes, systems, and supported platforms.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to support program execution and continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree required.3+ years of experience in program operations, project management, process management, or a related operational support role.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading, quality assurance, and content review capabilities.Experience with reporting, auditing, data tracking, and maintaining operational records.Proven ability to document processes, create workflows, and drive operational improvements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with survey, scheduling, content management, project management, and workflow tools is preferred.Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies and process automation solutions.Experience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
