Operations Program Manager

About the role

Our client, a consumer goods company, is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join their team. In this role you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Engineering, Analytics, and Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Design, optimize, and implement operational processes and improvements with a focus on efficiency, scalability, technology, and automation. Develop and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to improve existing processes and enable new operational capabilities. Lead cross-functional collaboration on problem definition, technical design, and solution development. Investigate risks, issues, errors, and escalations to identify root causes and develop short-, medium-, and long-term technology-enabled solutions. Design automated workflows to support new product and market expansions while reducing manual work requirements.

Requirements

Experience designing and implementing process improvements and operational solutions. Ability to leverage data to guide decision-making and influence strategy. Experience identifying risks and resolving operational issues through analysis and investigation. Ability to collaborate with engineers, analysts, and operations teams on technical solutions. Understanding of operational ecosystems, technology platforms, and data models.
