About This Role

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cash Vault operations and controls
• Hands-on experience with cash handling and cash vault processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications and use search tools to locate information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Able to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to mitigate risk
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and resolve issues efficiently
• 10-key and high-volume numeric data entry experience
• Able to actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and gather complete information
• Read, analyze, and interpret documents and reports
• Meet high production and quality standards
• Work effectively both independently and within a team; comfortable multitasking
• Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Expectations

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (PART-TIME) 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (or until work is complete); flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require
• Ability to lift 10+ pounds and perform pulling and lifting tasks as required
