The Operational Strength Program (OSP) at Avis Budget Group is designed for ambitious, high-potential leaders looking to master operations and drive their careers. This full-time, immersive program combines structured learning, functional rotations, and real-world immersion.

Responsibilities

• Join as a Trainee in the OSP and kick-start your path to becoming an Operations Manager.
• Rotate through key operational functions, receive personalized mentorship from experienced leaders, and build skills to drive team performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to any one of our locations nationwide, in the Company's discretion, following completion of the initial eight (8) week structured training curriculum, is an essential requirement of the Program and a mandatory condition of your participation.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service.
• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or team leader (e.g., sports, clubs, military, etc.).
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong, leadership potential, resilience, and passion for leading teams.
• Emotional intelligence, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Regular, on-site presence (this role is not remote).
