About the role

The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) is an 18 month structured and comprehensive training program designed to develop leadership and operational knowledge. This position involves working collaboratively with different teams to gain insights into the business, processes, and strategies to align with customer retention, operational excellence, and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the customer relationship activities by providing quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coincide with the rental department to ensure maximum utilization without compromising lease customers.
  • Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
  • Ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize running costs and maintenance overhead.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Required.
  • 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience, Preferred.
  • Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages, Advanced, Required.
  • Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics, Beginner, Required.

Pay

The position is salaried with a minimum pay range of $55,000 and a maximum pay range of $55,000. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7am - 4:00pm. After 4-5 weeks will go to a mid-shift schedule, 10am - 7:30pm.
