Operations Management Trainee
About the role
Join us as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while leading the teams.
Responsibilities
- Rotation through key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service
- Transition into a supervisory role after completing the eight-week training
- Oversee one or more daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management
- Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years' supervisory experience
- Strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is $55,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
