What You’ll Do
- Join as a Trainee in the Operational Strength Program and kick-start your path to becoming an Operations Manager.
- Full-time, immersive program combining hands-on training in operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership with a cohort of peers from across the country.
- Rotating through key operational functions, receiving personalized mentorship from experienced leaders, and building skills to drive team performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Compensation and Perks
- Annual Compensation: $68,640/year
- Sign On Bonus: $2,500 to get you started

Qualifications
- 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service
- Ability and willingness to relocate anywhere nationwide
- Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Experience as a team member or team leader (e.g. sports, clubs, military, etc.)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States
- Strong, leadership potential, resilience, and passion for leading teams
- Emotional intelligence, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Regular, on-site presence (this role is not remote)
