The Operations Manager - Regional Distribution Center role at Stuarts Draft, VA is responsible for overseeing operations within a distribution center, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Engage and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
• Ensure a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability

Requirements

• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Pay and Schedule
