Brief Description CLS Operations Manager Full-Time | Exempt | Community Living Services (CLS) Shift: Flexible Participation In On-call Rotation Required As the CLS Operations Manager, you will: Leadership & Staff DevelopmentLead, coach, and supervise Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals while building a positive, accountable, and engaged team cultureResolve employee concerns and provide ongoing supportOversee multiple community-integrated homesEnsure individuals receive safe, high-quality, person-centered supportsMaintain compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, HIPAA, and agency policiesPromote positive relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, and community partnersEnsure all abuse and neglect allegations are properly reported as a mandated reporterAdministrative ResponsibilitiesManage scheduling and staffing & Track attendance, PTO, and payroll functionsEnsure medication administration documentation is accurateMaintain program records and compliance documentationManage assigned agency resources, vehicles, and facilities Requirements Required: Supervisory or management experienceValid Driver's LicenseStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to lead multiple teamsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience managing employee performanceAbility to work independently while supporting multiple locations Preferred Bachelor's degree in human services or related fieldExperience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)Experience in Community Living Services or residential programmingKnowledge of Illinois DHS/CILA regulationsExperience with scheduling, payroll, and compliance documentation Equivalent Education And Experience May Be Considered.
