Operations Manager 2nd Shift

Areas Of Responsibility

• Comply with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of duties, including but not limited to hire, fire, promotions, or other changes in employee status
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Company, Customer, OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT regulations by performing key audits and/or relevant inspections
• Ensure all associates understand and comply with applicable customer and company work instructions, quality procedures, and site SOPs
• Continually seek and document methods for improvement in the quality of the services being provided and the efficiency in which those services are conducted

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Ability
• Valid state driver's license
• Supervisory experience is a must
• Micrsoft Office knowledge is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn
• Safety first mentality
