Description
The Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating maintenance jobs between operations and maintenance for weekly and downtime schedules. Collaborating primarily with the paper machine and maintenance personnel, they manage the cost of storeroom purchases and ensure alignment between department maintenance needs and budget requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of papermaking and the papermaking process
- Troubleshooting/failure analysis
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Effective listener and communicator
- Start to finish task management
