About the role

The Maintenance Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and manage repairs and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues affecting operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Skills

  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with asset management software.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
