Operations Human Resources Manager
About the role
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources teams supporting Pierce Bradenton and Frontline Communications Fabrications in Bradenton, FL. This position partners closely with site leadership to deliver HR programs and solutions that attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. As a champion of our people-first culture, the Human Resources Manager will help cultivate an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work, ensuring our people remain at the center of business success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals by fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that empowers team members, supports their professional growth, and builds organizational capability.
- Support the business unit/functional area by promoting, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Partner closely with operations leaders to address daily workforce needs, providing HR expertise on employee relations, policy administration, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
- Drive fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices while managing complex employee relations matters and fostering a positive, people-first work environment.
- Provide HR consultation and support to a designated business unit/functional area.
- Consult with business leaders in the strategic planning process and development of HR strategies that support the business needs.
- Provide guidance on employment law, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues.
- Act as an expert on HR policies and procedures such as payroll, staffing, benefits, compensation, employee development and recruiting.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional groups.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant HR experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

Pay
$103,300.00 - $177,700.00
Schedule
The Human Resources Manager is based on site in Bradenton, FL and requires regular travel to the Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, FL providing support across both locations.
