Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of HR Operations professionals, providing coaching, direction, and accountability to ensure high performance and consistent execution across all HR ops functions.
- Serve as the primary HRIS System Administrator, owning configuration, workflows maintenance, security roles, compliance, data governance and system integrity across all HR platforms.
- Design, build, and optimize HRIS workflows to support hiring, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and compliance processes.
- Oversee and continuously improve the full-cycle onboarding process to ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging experience for all new hires.
- Establish and maintain audit processes, checks and balances, and internal controls to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices across all operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and scale HR operations in line with organizational growth.
- Partner with Payroll, IT, Compliance, and HR leadership to ensure system configurations and operational processes align with business needs and legal requirements.
- Maintain documentation of all HR systems processes, workflows, security configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Support HR reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to HR leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Stay current on HRIS updates, industry best practices, and employment law changes that impact HR operations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR operations or HRIS experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing or leading a team.
- Must be available to work fully onsite in Clearwater, FL five (5) days per week.
- This is not a remote or hybrid position.
- Demonstrated expertise as an HRIS System Administrator, including security role management, workflow configuration, and system audits.
- Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project/workflow management tools a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, audit practices, and employment law.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Pay
Salary Description: 80,000 - 85,000 USD Annually
