- Support recruiting operations: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer processing
- Run performance review and feedback cycles, and equip managers with the tools to lead well
- Handle employee relations matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
- Lead engagement, culture, and recognition programs for our Dallas office
- Manage HR vendors (payroll, benefits brokers, background check providers) and continuously improve our tooling
- Build and maintain people reporting: headcount, hiring pipeline, retention, and other key metrics for leadership
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on ownership of HR operations or a generalist function
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment; healthcare or SaaS background is a strong plus

- Impeccable discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear, warm communication style; you build trust quickly with employees at every level
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
- Ability to work on-site full time at our Dallas, TX office
